7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, methodologies, content, and intellectual property developed or used by DefenceTQC remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited license to use materials solely for the purposes of the agreed training program.
7.2 Client Information
We respect your confidential business information and will handle it according to our confidentiality obligations as outlined in service agreements.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1 Client Cancellation
- Cancellations must be provided in writing
- Cancellation fees may apply based on timing and service type

8.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
